Ricci et al. (2017): The system 2M1207 is composed of a brown dwarf 2M1207A with a disk of 9.4 AU radius with a planetary companion at 42 AU. Venuti et al 2019 : 2M1207 A spectral type is M9.0, its Teff is 2640K, log g = 3.75.
Gonzalez-Payo et al. (2024) report physical association with brown dwarf TWA 40 1,977 arcseconds away (127,878 AUs at 64.7 pc).
