Manjavacas et al. (2024): Spectral type: M9.0 or M8.5γ, L=10-2.47 LSol. Age: 10 ± 3 Myrs.
The spectrum of TWA 28 is best reproduced using a model with Teff of 2577 K, a surface gravity (log g) of 4.0, a radius (R) of 2.54 RJup, and a mass of 26.0 MJup.
TWA 28 shows a near-infrared excess from ∼2.5 μm and longer, supporting the existence of a circumstellar disk as reported by Venuti et al. (2019).
